Glacier National Park Photos

Had an amazing week in Glacier National Park last week.  I hiked 4 beautiful trails, drove Going-to-The-Sun Road, saw a ton of animals, and explored some of the surrounding towns.  The park was so beautiful.  Pitamakan Pass and the Grinnell Glacier were like temples and blew my mind.  Definitely looking forward to coming back here.

Spent most of the week on the east side of the park, namely the Two Medicine and Many Glaciers areas.  I camped in the Lewis and Clark National Forest for the first few days, hiking Scenic Point and Pitamakan Pass out of Two Medicine, and stayed 3 nights in the Many Glacier Campground hiking to the Grinnell Glacier and Iceberg Lake out of Many Glacier during the rest of the week.  Drove the famous Going-To-The-Sun Road on the last day.

There was a lot to see in Glacier, and I took tons of photos while I was there, definitely too many pictures for a single post.  I plan to post more detailed write-ups later, but for now here is a gallery of some of my favorite pics.

Enjoy, and leave a comment.

  1. Whoa!! Beautiful pics! You really feel small when you are up against these huge natural formations, mountains, lakes, etc.
